• We purchased an item in good faith costing approx £20 and asked the young male asst if we could return if this was not the correct one - yes, no problem. When we returned the item, we female owner advised they do not provide refunds shop policy! When we explained we had been told we could I believe her words were "tough". She was incredibly rude and I have since heard similar stories from other people in the village. We will certainly never shop there again and neither will our neighbours or family. Custom lost! Good luck surviving the recession!
