• Staff to busy discussing own chit chat with previous customers, to pay attention to waiting customers, fed up with waiting to be served , after 12,minutes waiting to be seen even though first in queue and with no obvious transaction taking place , left to visit flackwell Heath PO, where seen and attended to with professionalism Won't be in a hurry to visit cressex PO again.
