• Was quoted £195 for purchase and fitting of two shower items. Asked for VAT examption as my partner is disabled, and this was agreed. Was charged £195 as they increased the installation charge to £133, when it should have been £90. Won't go there again!!!

• I would like to thank all the workers who was involved with the fitting of my new kitchen, all the workers was fantastic people and no job was left in done, everything was finished to perfection and I am very happy with my new kitchen I will hopefully returning next year for my new bathroom suit thank you so much I am over the mon with the finish product.

• The company is a complete nightmare! After a catalogue of horrifying events that happened when they were fitting our bathroom, we are still having to deal with them as the jacuzzi bath they fitted doesn't work! They promise to turn up at specific times, then fail to do so; they refuse all blame and quite frankly if nothing is resolved soon, we are going to have to involve trading standards. After numerous heated arguments with the uncooperative owners, I have now had to let my husband take over the matter, as I am eight months pregnant and refuse to let them harm my health any longer! How the owners of this company can sleep at night bewilders me!

• Do not buy anything from creative. We had our bathroom installed 3 years ago and the bath panels have discoloured, the sink wasn't installed corretly and the bathroom cabinet is cracking. Over the telephone they constantly assures us that they would send someone out but this never happened. We finally went to their showroom only to be rudely told that they would do nothing about it. Awful company, awful service.

• Try to get them to ring you back when something goes wrong with a fitting they have supplied. you have no chance, i think there phones only accept incoming calls.
