• Absolutely brilliant experience this evening. Where to start? Driver insists he's on the right road. Refuses to accept hes not. Apparently is outside the pub. We dont live near a pub. Wont accept that he's in the wrong place. Wont use google maps. Ignores all directions given by us & instructions on order. The shops answer to 'Your driver won't listen' is 'Can you call back a bit later?' Its pretty much impossible to get it wrong when your house is named on google maps, and theres a very distinctive car on the drive. As well as a very well lit sign on the front of the house. And with two people giving you directions. And a bright yellow car in the driveway. I've been a takeaway driver. We live 1.3 miles from the takeaway. You cannot get this wrong, we've never had an issue with any other takeout. Anyway, 1hr45mins after order im told itll be another 25mins for food, the driver shows up with stone cold food in a bag so soggy with condensation it fell apart all over the floor as soon as we picked it up! Theyd sent the original food out!! Am now sat here cleaning curry off the floor and walls, waiting for a delivery from another takeout. If there was a five star f*** up rating these guys would probbably be highest scoring in Kent. Refunded by Just Eat. Avoid at all costs. 👎
