• Paid in advance for fire, told delivery would be in 3 weeks. After 7 weeks of excuses I got a refund

• Unbelievable this place is still in business. Paid 50% in advance, could not come on agreed week, came the next week, ripped the old fire out and never came back. Left us with a taped up hole. Numerous phone calls, loads of excuses. Gave up after 2 weeks and asked for money back by email, as when you ring they pretend you spoke to someone else and they will have to pass the message on. Confirmed they would refund the deposit by email, but they basically lied and I had to get the credit card company to claim the money back. So avoid at all costs.
