• I'm the biggest mug in the world....... I actually bought a car a car from these people. Various things that i was assured the car had such as sat nav that you could put postcodes into and hi lo ratio in 4 wd drive simply did not exist. (all my fault as should have checked myself) What really annoyed me was I was putting in a small car in part exchange. They offered me a reasonable price.... I drove to do the deal (2 hours) got there and they refused to do the part exchange because of some history that had come up. Fair enough not to do the deal but to not tell me meaning a wasted journey of 4 hours plus fuel and bother.... Any way I had set my heart on the car and did the deal anyway. to be fair not a bad car. Just a shame that I left feeling like I'd been royally shafted. If you do use country cars be prepared for the worst hard sell possible and check all the details yourself and ignore any promises from the sales team.

• sorry for you bad experience with not being able to drive the Porsche but sadly with the nature of both cars they are sports cars and we can not let you drive either car with out both parts of your license. we ask all of our customer for both parts of the license, one to check you are who you say you are and two to make sure you have a valid driving license we also need to take copy's of both parts on record in case and speed tickets or fines are accrued while you are in control of the car. as for the cars being blocked in we do have limited space and sometimes does happen but it does not take long to get the cars out. also we have a hundred cars on site so can not guarantee the ever battery is full cars every moment of the day as people get in and out of them leave lights, radios and other things on. but all of cars go through 160 point Pre delivery inspection to sure they are in good working order for us to put warranty on the car.

• Spoke to Christian who is a sales person and arranged to test drive a 911 and a SL500 the week before and was told no problem! Drive from London up the their showroom, both cars are buried behind loads of other cars, I'm then told that they need both drivers licence parts so I can't drive their cars! Pathetic service guys and the 911 doesn't even start! Will never do business with these guys and get treated like a tyre kicker! Rude and a waste of time!!

• I contacted this company as I was interested in a used car they had for sale, when they took my details I asked them to confirm that I wouldn't receive sales emails from them, it has been 2 months now and I receive endless emails weekly from them despite having phoned them twice to ask them to remove me from their mailing list. The person I spoke to there to ask him to remove me from the mailing list was also really rude and aggressive. I wouldn't ever use this garage to buy a car, the service was terrible, when they quoted me a price they even told me that I would have to pay for any petrol which was in the car!
