• Purchased a £2000 car from this garage, they were nice as pie when selling the car, however less than 1 month later the car needed a brand new engine, when we went back to get this sorted tey told us it was our fault as we must have done something to the car and very reluctant to help until I explained that I had weekes legal advice. Might I mention that we traded in our old car which was practically a non runner, we were told tey could only give us £200 for it as it was not a good car and they would have to sell it in auction, when we arrived demanding a full refund for the car we had purchased I noticed they were selling our old car for £1000! I mentioned this to them and the man was very abusive to me shouting that they were not a charity case and to get out of his sight.... Not quite the fantastic customer service mentioned on their website! In the end they tried to give us a car only worth £600 web we had laid £2000, I threatened with legal action and eventually we got our money back. This is just a ears up, I'm not saying all their cars out faulty but the way we were treated and the lengths we had to go to get our money back for a car that was sold to us faulty was horrendous. To also be blamed for te car needing a new engine when we had it less than 4 weeks was just unacceptable. Be warned
