• We would like to commend the Barista named NATALIE at Costa in Tesco at Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough. Today (5/3/12) she coped extraordinarily well with the cistomer (us, I'm afraid) spilling coffee all over the counter and on the floor. Quite unfazed, she first checked we were unhurt and unburnt, then insisted on replacing the spilt coffee, while seeing that the wet floor was made safe and the counter mopped up. First class customer service, but in truth all the customer's fault. So sorry about that. Many thanks for your outstanding response, Natalie.
