• Awful. Money grabbing misleading. Lie over the phone. If you still decide to trade with this company I would urge you to get everything confirmed in writing or email, as they lie over the phone, take your money then change what they said. You as the consumer then have no prof. Trading standards involved with my case

• nearly cancelled after reading these comments but luckily I didn't. Me and me mum went and had great results, I got turned away for one of three treatments I wanted as they said it wasn't needed. Staff were friendly, answered questions, students wore jeans but so what they weren't in the hospital!! They took a little while getting the product ready but the students were learning...give them a bloody break, remember when you lot first learnt how to do something? Bet you weren't quick!

• Appalling. Promised a top up then refused one as I'm away on the "top up" day. At no point was it examined to me that my top up would have to be on a specific day. I've known for months that I'm away on that date so never would have booked knowing that. Now I'm left with Botox that hasn't worked properly and there's nothing I can do about it. Doctor Rahil old whint surgery charges only 15 pounds more and will top up whenever you can attend. He is a also fully trained gp so you're in safe hands. Go there instead

• I have been going to cosmetica for some time now, and each time i have received the highest care and quality.Tracey makes you feel as if you are her only patient and and is never rushed,shes so calm and i just dont think theres enough hours in the day for her .
