Avoid at all costs. Completely agree with review above. Slow, incompetent ('miss' letters and emails), lazy and arrogant. They either had a lack of knowledge or didn't think to pass the knowledge on to me the client, and as a result I got hit with a huge surprise bill of £1,500 some months after I had thought my dealings with them were over. No resolution to my complaint, astonishingly incompetent. Slow to respond to correspondance, and basically messed my life up quite considerably. Rating history and distribution
