• bought a dishwasher got it home unpacked it straight away realised that this was for a intergrated anyway took it back got the right one it was onluy because it was the diference beyween a i at the end of the model number .anyway we took the apliance back the following evening and the store stayed oppened just to take back the dishwasher and we we refunded with 45 pounds cash for the inconvieneance well done to Richard the old chap that did not pick up on the i for integrated ,and i think these big factories ought to make it more obvious for everyone to detect this on the packaging again well done to the star Richard for that fantastic personal touch shop locally for your topwn and bring back that old comunity spirit we all miss,forget your currys times are changing back to loyalty and customer service face to face the internet of which i and my family use a lot is in for a shock people need to see a face to feel they have chosen well and have made that good choice with help from the sales person,you will never get a better feeling than this social shopping is on the return and retail will be the dominating market that it used to be
