• Lovely shop with a great selection. My experience with my appointment on 6 Dec 2014 was great and the assistant was very helpful. I ordered my dress paying a 50% deposit, the balance was due end of May 2015. I had to cancel my Wedding due to my partners illness and went into the shop on the 10th Jan to speak to Manager to explain and cancel my Wedding dress. I was met with a unsympathetic and cold reception and advised that I would lose my deposit and also be expected to pay the blance in May when the dress comes in as 5 months notice clearly isn't enough. I was also advised that the shop was under new Management from sometime in Dec 2014. You have been warned!!!!
