• Very rude staff and horrible food. I won't be returning.

• We visited last night, the carvery board was outside but that applied to lunch time, not evening. Building works were finished so they said, but there was still bare plaster, bare wires for lamps, it was cold, lacked atmosphere and it was an effort to get food. We did order food, but the portions were quite small, frozen veg and quite tasteless, not worth the money they charged. We wont be back

• We visited in the week for lunch during restoration work. The dining room was very cold, the steak chewy and the prawns from a freezer. On the good side the staff were excellent
