• yeah like the guy said before me, they know your face, they see it every day, but still seem to ask for id,.. i cant go there anymore because i have lost my identification, and its not worth the embarrassment...... also check your change, i have been short changed a numerous amount of times from them.

• never had a problem before this new person started, been going in this store nearly every day for 4 years and this new person asked for i.d for fags (no problem) but every day this week he has asked again, and i just said dont you remember ive showed it to you yesterday and the day before? he said rudely that its company policy to show it every time you come in. when i said can u ask the other bloke (who knows me)to verify my age he just looked at me laughed and said no, just think this member of staff needs more customer service training, especially after this same staff member served my 16 year old sister the week before for fags. i know they have policys but i feel he is doing it on purpose and its embarising when there is a line of people behind you. im 26 by the way.
