Worst treatment ever...do not use them. They refused to carry out the treatment I paid for. No reason is given. Staff unfriendly - unprofessional and they are cow boys. WORST customer service ever! All appointments started late, had 2 sessions in which they refused to offer the full treatment I paid for - once now reason given and once they said it was their mistake in booking me in to late but did not offer a shorter session to make up untreated areas; twice had cancelled appointments; seriously long waits between sessions. Within a year, only received 4 hours of treatment. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I encourage all to not use this service - it is an awful business that do not offer the service you have paid. Only putting 1 star as I have to put this information in for my review to show. Honestly, 0 stars is too high a rating.Worst customer service you can receive in this place. People can't speak English and do not provide any useful service. Don't even bother.
