Appalling service, dishonest, incompetent and useless.
Lost out on our dream house due to the incompetence of Ciampa. They proved to be unreliable and dishonest. I have had six months of hell dealing with these people.
They consistently told me they were working on the purchase and assured me they would move the process along. Several months later it transpired they had done nothing. The vendors of the property we hoped to buy doubted our commitment, put the house back on the market and it sold the next day.
I was told on six separate occasions that Ciampa were dealing with our case and that Vincent would contact me directly by phone. Five months later I am still waiting the receive this call.
Despite the sale falling through entirely due to the failures and incompetence of Ciampa, they continue to refuse to refund my money.
I really cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience has been with this company. I would strongly recommend using other solicitors.
