Had a really good meal at the chubbys. Delicious good quality food on both take away and restaurant. I was really impressed by the speed it took and the amount of choices it had Food used to be decent and ready quickly (told 20 - 30 mins wait, get there at 20mins and it'd be ready). Recently i've had to wait for over 1 1/2 hours for food to be prepared and then it's been low quality. Jade Garden on Grammar School road is much better! Both myself and my brother got horrific food poisoning from a chicken chow mein that we ordered from The Chubby Panda. We called to complain and we didn't even get an apology - they just ignored us. I now drive 10 miles to the Kanton in Cromer to get my Chinese.
If there was an option to give them less than a 1 star rating - I would have given them none.
