• I used the solicitor here to complete the conveyancing of my property. The company at first gave me a good impression by sending out all the required information documents and forms to get the information they needed. One of which was a big document stating the importance of doing a Declaration of Trust, which was what I wanted to do anyway. We indicated on the form that we wished to do this and heard nothing back. We spoke to them three times, asking when this would be done, to which I was told "I will do that for you" "I will put that in the post to you" she didn't ask what I exactly wanted put in there. This document was never produced and I requested copies of the title which were never sent out. I have written to them to file a formal complaint and asked why these things were not done, that was three weeks ago and I've not had any response at all. That document was very important to me and I'm angry and upset that it was not dealt with despite my attempts to get it done. I do not recommend this company at all as they seem to me completely incapable of producing documents which they recommend you have in the first place!
