• Saturday 8th December 2012 at 1930 I have been to Chaophtaya at Liverpool on three previous occasions the last time as a party of nine and always found it to be excellent. However on the above occasion it was not a very good experience at all. We took some friends with us to show them the place and were amazed to find that the doors between the restaurant and the disc bar next door were wedged open turning a beautiful restaurant into a noisy hell hole that made conversation impossible. We were three times during the meal brought the wrong items, I suspect because the staff could not hear what was being said to them. I was given the wrong meal ! Only one of the lavatory cubicles in the gents was functioning and even though we conveyed this to the staff, nothing was done even to close off cubicle. I thoroughly bad experience which I will not repeat. Please remove me from your email list. Dave Houghton
