• I think people giving the post office 1 star must have never worked serving the public, the times I've been there I've been very happy with the service, car tax, parcel posting, and collection of a parcel have all been flawless, the staff all work very hard from what I've seen when I'm waiting in the Q which is the only thing that could be improved which is mhy I give it 4 stars

• I agree, been using for years and try to aviod when I can but the kids go to the school oopsite. Arrogant man and makes mistakes cause he don't pay attention, always on the phone and sending customers to the tobacco counter to post. (I never donate in the collection box he has)

• Very poor service, rude man on the counter said I could not send a free post parcel. Then went to another post office sent it no problem. Man gave me the wrong information. Very poor service. should be a zero star

• very poor service,always on the phone when serving,very rude and no manners,the worst post office in the whole peterborough!avoid if you dont want to wait for ages and want nice polite costumer service.
