• I will definitely not be going back to this salon in the near future. I feel like the customers are not acknowledged quick enough and are left to find out the details of services offered on their own with no advice or help from staff at the salon. In my opinion, staff need to be better trained to be more polite and welcoming to customers. Staff should also be more helpful to customers, particularly the manager.

• I rcently had my hair coloured at this salon. Overall I found staff were pleasent and freindly however I feel customer service should be changed slightly as I feel the customers should feel more aknowledged and welcomed into the salon when they first enter, and the staff should let me know about all the other alternatives there are to offer without me enquiring. I will be coming back here for a quick trim however for bigger hair jobs i intend to visit other salons.
