  • 5 star reviewDidn't stay in this hotel during our trip to Dunbar but did spend most of our weekend in the bar, largely due to the friendly atmosphere provided by the locals and a particularly pretty and colourful barmaid!! Would recommend the castle for a drink, some very good food all reasonably priced. Hope to be back soon.

  • 4 star reviewRooms basic but reasonably priced so no complaints. Good atmosphere and friendly locals. Must agree with previous review, food very good at a great price but who hired that waitress!!!! That lady should not be serving food her moody attitude would sour milk.

  • 4 star reviewHand cut chips! Amazing food at a great price. Waitress left alot to be desired maybe she was having a bad day. Would recommend the food to anyone looking for bar suppers.
