• Run by a couple of youngsters who seem to lack experience, Bad service from them all round,,my advice is use another agent in Poole

• Not a great experience with them either. Poor customer service and poor communication. They never reply to e-mails unless it comes to money and they tarry about maintenance works. I spoke to them on few occasions and found their stuff rude - raising voice. Scary. They always promise to contact asap and never do that. Where has the good old customer service gone? I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends.

• Really impressed with the sales team at Carter Shaw...they were the only agent in Parkstone to actually get me viewings and an offer

• I have also had promises regarding maintanance. When I moved in the walls were scraped, I was promised a repaint but this has not come about. I bet that they make a packet from the landlord and new tenants

• I I was a tenant of Carter Shaw and was glad to fhave moved into a council property. I occasionally found them rude and made false promises about most things including maintainace. They can get away with this as if you complain they will tell you to leave therefore leaving you staying with family or friends. Carter Shaw hates dealing with maintanance and according to someone working for Dave Wells properties they have tenants who have had issues with them.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
