• Terrible! The carpet was fitted but then had to be refitted within a matter of weeks as it had shrunk - a great inconvenience moving furniture around twice in such a short period of time. A few years later the carpet came away from the grippers and has rucked up in the centre of the rooms. Carpetright only offer a warranty for 1 year on the fitting so don't expect it to stay in place for longer. The carpet had a warranty of 5 years and now we know why. Carpetright have told me that if we try to re-stretch the carpet it could damage it further. They had the cheek to say if we want to order a replacement they would give us a discount. No thanks! We thought it was a 10 year warranty - if you do decide to order from carpetright then get everything in writing.

• Absolutely terrible. 1 year warranty on fitting so its not surprising our carpet came away from the grippers after a few years and rucked up in the middle. Only a 5 year warranty so dont expect your carpet to last longer.
