• FEMALES AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Having booked and paid for a return journey with Carlton Cars, I was most disappointed to find myself stranded 40 miles from home at 1am!!!! The communication was poor, despite me raising a complaint the response that I received was very generic and standard with no admission of liability - quite simply 'the car wasnt booked'.... even though the driver had taken the money (£130!!!). I wouldnt recommend any females to book cars with this company - particularly not if you are returning late at night, the likelihood is that they will not turn up to collect you! Try someone else instead!
