• Most of the time the staff are friendly and approachable, one member of staff mostly in the morning can neither crack a smile or say please and thankyou but stands reading the paper, not good customer service

• It's the only place I would go to for my meat. Fantastic value for money plus great quality of meat. Very friendly butchers also.

• States on website open @6.30am arrived @this time door opened @6.30 by 1 member of staff fridges shutters down !!! Took my trolley to checkout desk no one around stood waiting to be served woman who never spoke only to say come over to cigarette kiosk ( with full trolley of shopping) I moved all my stuff off conveyor belt to another till as asked only to be asked to move over again to next till!!! So frustrating not a civil word from her (obviously having a bad day) not a pleasant shopping experience at all. If you say open @6.30 this should mean your shop is open and fully functional and ready to do business. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff member and very disappointed. Needs sorting!!!!

• This store has an excellent range of items, all the staff are very helpful, there is a really good atmosphere every time I go in. Love shopping here!

• The staff is so friendly, I take my mother in every week and all the staff all take time to chat to her and are so help

• Staff standing about talking on the shop floor.Supervisor not friendly. Jim the butcher needs training up on customer service. A please and thank you would help for a start.
