• Very unhappy Caralot are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to fixing your car they are very lax 10 weeks I have been waiting for my gearbox be repaired with no avail I am now waiting for them to pick the car up and give me my money back

• Not very helpful and have contacted them 3 times for a valuation. Useless and rude

• Travelled to see a car at this dealer 20 days ago. Spoke to them beforehand and put £100 deposit on car to secure. Car not for us. They gave us £20 fuel for wasted journey ++ point. Nick took a photo of bank card to pay deposit back in saying "it would be in bank by the time we got home". Still not received. Have spoken to them and been told "waiting for cheque books" - then why did they take a photo of bank card??? Rang again 3 days ago, still waiting for cheque books, but apologies it will be in your bank within 24 hours. No show. Rang again today, sent cheque out yesterday second class. We'll wait and see. We will never use again as far as we are concerned.
