• After a first excellent review of this chip shop I am withdrawing that opinion now after several visits later and money spent there. Last night my husband and I ordered the large cod and chips and they were terrible and so greasy we felt ill. What a shame that this chip shop is not consistent with the good quality that I had to start with. We spent £15 in the shop and it was a waste of money and looks as though they will now lose our custom. There really is no excuse for this shoddy service as they could do so well otherwise.

• This is the best fish and chip shop I have been to in a very long time and they can actually cook chips perfect. I am fed up with the low standard hard chips that you get else where and this shop deserves top rating and will certainly get my custom and only hope that their high standards do not ever change. Great
