• Awful service. ordered a cake for my daughter communion, asked for her name on it. Firstly spent all week right up to late the night before trying to get a price for daughters cake and my mums 70th, went to bed the night before communion still no price or pick up time, very stressful. I knew I should not have used her after she spelt 'surprise' wrong on a previous cake! Communion cake arrived, it was awful, all smudged and messy and no name on it just generic with the creepiest attempt of a sad looking girl. I text her to ask if I got the right cake as my brother lifted it and my daughters name was not on it, the response was, nothing pleases you, no cake for your mothers 70th the next day! She then said go back to your last cake maker and that she would give my mums cake to a charity. I told her I needed it and we had no way of getting another in time, she said NO CAKE. Awful, defensive and rude woman who clearly rushed my cake. I paid £50 for the worst cake I have ever seen and I had to explain to my family what happened and why my mother didn't have one for her 70th birthday. I have recommended this woman so much but NEVER again.
