• Made buying a brand new car very easy, soon as problems arose, totally unwilling to help. I've had to deal with VW customer complaints on numerous occasions after dealer refused to help, saying trim damage was caused by external influences despite no proof. I will now have a bill of up to £1300 if I want a repair done. Obviously not valued as a customer, the whole issue has caused me an incredible amount of stress & I will financially struggle to get repairs done. Do yourself a favour - use a different dealership.

• Took my Passat in for a service and a rattle from the near side door, they also carried out a vehicle health check, on collection I was told everything was ok. After collecting the car I found the near side door handel had not been fitter correctly and was lose and one of the front tyres worn out. I spoke to Caffyns and all they said was sorry and what more can I say Sorry. A worn out tyre is 4 points on a licence. Let down big time by Caffyns Goring Road.
