• Customer service absolutely disgraceful. Ordered chips rice and bbq sauce was sent curry sauce when I called to advise them of their mistake I was told I ordered curry sauce (even though I don't like curry sauce and would never order it). They argued with me saying if I said bbq that's what I would have got didn't want to admit any mistake on their part disgrace avoid at all costs

• This place is the most popular tramway in East Kilbride, it's been here for many years and they rarely advertise, their popularity is known through word of mouth and experience. Their Sayay is the most famous dish along with their 'Memories of China ribs'. But there isn't a bad dish on their menu, I'm particularly fond of their dishes with plum sauce. One last thing, their portions are huuuge!

• if your looking for awful customer service the this is your place, as for deliveries they give you the wrong order and then tell you they will not correct it, i clearly asked for no onion as my children are allergic to it, and was told they were just to have that or nothing. I wouldnt even give it 1 star well safe to say i wont be ordering from cafe la tours EVER AGAIN!!! lets have a little review here: 1. customer service is absolutely awful!!! 2. Incapable of getting your order correct! 3. Things missing from order! 4. Refusal to correct the order! 5. Told children should eat the food they are allergic to or go without!!!! 6. After marching to the shop to return the order and still did not receive a full refund!! Now that's service with a smile right there!!!
