• Failed to turn up to service our LPG boiler and complete a repair. After many phone calls they elected to turn up several days later. In the meantime we were left without heating during the coldest spell of the year yet. Unreasonable pricing (charged nearly £90 for under fifteen minutes of work). Telephone and email-based customer service is abysmal (they are very rude on the phone and refuse to reply to emails). I would not recommend them to anyone.

• Worst company in regards to customer service, had too constantly chase them up after an initial quote of one week went to three. Would never reccomend this company
