• Attended for lunch. My 2 year old son who has autism was upset and crying which was met by one of the regulars shouting and publicly giving their opinion on my child. When the couple left they continued the abuse by shouting fro their car whilst driving away in the car park. Upon speaking to the staff i was told the customers were regulars and offered no apology for their behaviour. The hotel claims to be family friendly but with regulars like this showing their ignorance, driving away other customers and publicly attacking a child with leaning disabilities it most certainly is not. Food was below average and having read other reviews about how rude the owner is I would never dream of recommending the hotel to anyone.
