• Me and my husband love burger star. My husband has the mega star i have the giant star. Don't need chips as they r so filling. Well worth the wait for cooking as they are fresh unlike another burger seller nearby.

• Best burgers by far, a little pricey but we'll worth the money staff all ways polite and specialty the youg lady in there on a Friday and Saturday night she looks about 12.but she always bring a smile to my face Stroud

• had some great food here over the years. Shame about having to wait for the burgers to cook, but I suppose that it is all worthwhile in the end for something fresh and hot. The selection of sauces are very nice, although I have found myself spending almost as long deciding on a sauce as I did deciding whether to go for a megastar of a quarter pounder. Greed often wins as does the burger relish and a few Jalapeño chillies. Overall I would recommend this place to those of you who want a tasty burger. 4 Stars.

• Fantastic food. Much better than any other fast food I've had anywhere in the south west. I've traveled from Bristol on several occasions just for a mega star with cheese. It does take a little longer to get the food, however, it is cooked fresh to order. I have never had anything other than good service when eating in this takeaway.

• The worst by far more like!! Customer service the worst I have ever experienced. I had my puppy with me, and wanted to take their copy of the local paper outside to read while I ate. The only person there-an obnoxious teenager actually banged on the window shouting "can you bring the paper inside now please sir!!" AS IF I WAS GOING TO STEAL IT AFTER SPENDING A FIVER ON FOOD! Apparently I was allowed to eat and read the paper inside-but inside there are no chairs for some bizarre reason, plus I wanted to sit with my puppy. I went to Burger Star as a treat because I don't eat at mcdonalds on principle. Now I will never set foot inside Burger Star. I will Also tell everyone I meet what happened-a disgrace to customer service!! 1 star for the food-which was ok. If any Burger Star bosses read this-the time was about 3pm on 19/04/2012-This employee should be sacked!!!!
