• Don't bother going, waiting for head office to get back to me. What rude ignorant staff laughing at an 8 year old because she has celiac disease . The manager was a joke. The staff on a Sunday should be ashamed of themselves. Sort it out Burger King

• I just went to Burger King and Cheshire Oaks and having no cash on me decided to pay by Barclaycard. They swiped my card on their till and requested I sign. I told them I wanted to use the chip and pin but they said it had not been working for twelve months. I refused to sign on principal, my request to forget my order was met with a smile and I was told I had already paid. I asked how can that be when I have not used the chip and pin or signed my signature! With that a Manager type come and asked what's the problem and tried telling me it was the old system! It took longer to get a refund than it would have taken to order the meal. So the moral is dont pay by card in this excuse for a Burger King.
