• My boyfriend and I went to this pub yesterday. It was coming up to 9pm and we asked if they were still serving food, luckily they were and so we took a seat. The pub was run by a couple who seemed very unhappy. I asked for scampi and chips, no peas. I got scampi and peas! When this was pointed out the lady said she daren't go in the kitchen and I ended up with just 12 bits of scampi for dinner. We then went to pay and the lady tried to charge us full price for my meal! We managed to knock it down to �8.50 which is extortionate for 12 bits of scampi! Avoid eating at this place. There is a nice hotel just round the hotel that couldn't help us enough after we got scammed!
