• Forced to give a star, but think even one is overrating this firm. Consultation appointment was agreed with the owner/architect two weeks in advance. As I had not received a reminder via text, email or call in the morning of the appointment, I decided to ring to avoid a potential no show. My voicemail eventually prompted a call back from the owner however to advise that he will be LATE and that the appointment needed to be pushed back by an hour. I annoyingly obliged and stressed that if he does run later or was indeed not able to even make the revised time to call me in advance, as would be driving an hour to get to the property and needed to leave punctually due to having to collect my child from nursery. Sadly the 2nd agreed time comes and goes! Only 15 mins after his rescheduled time do I get a call from his wife to say that his husband is held back and would need to reschedule AGAIN. This time another day! So needless to say I am livid as I have already driven an hour to the agreed location and hung about longer for absolutely nothing. Pathetic operation and total lack of time management. Unless you don't mind wasting time, try them. But if time is of the essence, don't bother. I am lucky to know now than to find the project being late or overbudget at least. Lucky escape!
