We take all comments and feedback seriously and strive to rectify and faults. We are currently recruiting to strengthen our team and help with service speeds. • newly decorated and looks good, then its down hill all the way.rude bar staff, food served cold and when we complained the waitress actually stuck her finger in my food and said"surely not...oh yes lovey it is cold" took it away microwaved it and brought it back!dirty wine glasses no wine cooler and you have the pleasure if u are lucky of having a table by the staff who ate their ribs and chatted non stop about the customers !!! maybe this is why our meal was served cold.
