• The owners wife is rude and full of herself. The service was poor and staff did not want to help.

• Very bad service. The lady was very rude and didn't understand what she was doing. The optician man was ok but I was put off with the attitude of the staff and manager lady no wonder they are so quiet I will not be going back there.
