• Frame did not hold vinyl or cover. Seller advised must use tape to hold in place, however this is not stated in original description (I do not want to reck a signed cover with tape). Then, all communication with seller was lost and I was ignored; unresolved. Unable to be sent back as the plastic is all scratched due to vinyl constantly falling. Pathetic lack of communication and pathetic lack of accurate description. Few days after leaving negative review, they finally got back, told me to reply to emails which I didn’t receive, and was rather rude and passive aggressive. Vile customer service, what a total scam of money at a time were desperately in need. I should have read all the bad revies from the last few months. AVOID.
