• I would never use this firm!!! Job was pointing, re-fixing slipped tiles and replacing some guttering. He did a job for my mum and seemed to charge according to the size of the house, not the work needed. Disposed of cement and creosote down the drain after being specifically asked not to. Pointing was chunky and badly finished. Started falling out within a few weeks. Slipped tiles were just pushed back into place without being fixed so have re-slipped. Some of the new guttering badly fitted so water runs away from the down pipe. Accidentally broke large pain of glass in greenhouse and tried covering it up by replacing it without saying anything but left lots of shards of glass on the ground. Bob Stone was supposed to be there full time to oversee YTS lads but was missing half the time doing another job.
