• These reviews are from years ago, this has since changed hands and the new owners are wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Due to Covid the menu is limited so we decided to have a hot dog. This was real sausage not the frankfurter rubbish, lovely bridge rolls, not the usual supermarket trash, tasted lovely, beer and wine very competitively priced! We are returning for a full meal now we can sit indoors. Looking forward to it!

• Very overated one of the worst pubs in the area. STEER CLEAR. 1 star may be over doing it

• You need to book, we were turned away Sunday 28th July 2013 14:00hrs because they thought they would run out of food, when asked to provide 2 small meals for the kids they weren't accomodating, 2 hungry kids 2 unhappy parents
