• Visited here today.... NEVER AGAIN!!!! I wasn't expecting Vidal Sassoon......I just wanted a trim!! 3 hours later, the 'hairdresser' if you could call him that only managed to burn my scalp twice with the hairdryer, catch my hair on the scissors on 2 occasions and cut it half way up my head ( yes I did notice..... BOTH TIMES... and although it was only small sections, I would have walked out there and then had it not been you were half way through 'cutting' it!!!! ), he dropped the scissors and comb countless times, knotted my hair so much my scalp is sore and what hair he did cut was wonky!!! The manager told me that Mark their 'new stylist' was a perfectionist and like to take his time.... not a problem..... the only thing he perfected was ruining my hair and causing me pain!!!! He didn't even check the front sides to see if they were even... which they were not!!! I sat there terrified whilst he dried it ( which took an hour!?!?) thinking... it wont be that bad... it wont be that bad.... IT WAS!!! I stormed out after telling the manager if they wanted to keep any kind of decent reputation to get rid of that stylist.... looking back, I don't even believe he was qualified... I've never experienced anything like it!! DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING AWAY FREE HAIR CUTS!!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would Last time I EVER try somewhere new!!!!!
