• Not good. Only giving one star as no other option. I called the cleaners prior to leaving curtains in for dry cleaning. Spoke to the business owner who reassured me with “these new machines nothing shrinks“. Not the case. My curtains shrunk 6” off the floor. Sides of curtains are completely distorted and out of shape. Linings shrunk 2” above the curtain fabric. Owner blaming his new machines. Be aware people.
