• An absolute joke of a company and a waste of time. I'd steer clear of these crooks who've decided to collect a full year's worth of agents commission without my knowledge. To make matters worse the tenant they had introduced hadn't paid a penny in rent since moving in - Yet the company sees it fit to charge a full year's worth of agent fees that it refuses to refund - Off to the Property Ombudsman it is - Landlords stay away

• I have had a really bad experience with these agent I got sue'd by the tenant for not registering the deposit on time and all Blue Ocean said the rules changed and we did not realise. they can't do paperwork nor communicate, only use if you want to lose money either as tenant or landlord

• Worst agents ever for both landlords and tenants. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off. You won't get your rent and tenants don't get any service
