• I would avoid this bike shop. I went in there just to get a puncture fixed. They called me up and said I need £180 worth of stuff done to my bike. I said I did not want it done. They then tried to convince me I at least needed my brakes realigned (cost of £15). I said no. When I went to collect my bike the brakes (which were perfectly fine before when I took my bike in) were left open as obviously they had done something to them (they are V brakes). If you have a puncture then all it involves is taking off the wheel and tyre etc... this should not affect the brakes. I think they obviously thought I was a clueless female and tried to rip me off. Luckily I know how to fix my brakes.
