• Poor service. Put rugs in for dry cleaning and I was quoted two to three weeks. When I called two weeks later to see if they were ready I was informed I should have been contacted by the owner to say they were not going to clean them. The lady in the shop gave me his contact number and when I called he said ' oh yeah I was suppose to phone you' . The lady in the shop (an agent for the dry cleaners) was helpful and apologised. Maybe the owner should take a leaf out of her book on customer care. Won't be recommending.
