"The Black Bull Inn is a country free house which has been run by the Jowett family for over 50 years You will find us located on the A18 between Doncaster and ScunthorpeOur aim is to source fresh, local produce where possible, including the finest seafood from the south coast of DevonOur menu and specials board offers a wide range of meals, including vegetarian options and we can cater for."

• My wife and I ate at this establishment together with a friend on 23 March 2012 and can honestly recommend it to anyone. All three of our meals were beautifully cooked and I can particularly recommend the Sirloin steak. I had the 10oz version (there is also a 16oz available) and it was cooked to perfection, as were the homemade chips and the vegetables which accompanied it. Service was first class and Dawn (who served our table) could not have been more helpful. All in all, an excellent dining experience enjoyed by all three of us
