• Very good shop for the aquarium keeper, staff and very helpful and full of advice . The staff genuinely care about the well being of your set up and help in anyway they can. Great srrvice all round keep up the high standard guys.

• In reply to the comment above, We will replace anything that dies within 48 hours subject to a water test being of acceptable parameters The blood shrimp was put into water with specific gravity of 1.015 with what you indeed told me was virtually no acclimatization. You then informed me that you didn't have the kit to test the salt level. You expected me to replace the animal without proper conditions in place. For sheer ethical reasons this is not going to happen. We try our best to advise but negligence (especially not negligence on a par with murder) on the customers part is inexcusable and non refundable and ultimately it is your responsibility to provide the animal with an ideal environment. I offered you all the advice you needed to correct the problem and realistically if you had took it would have partially discounted a replacement. Sadly your ignorance of your duty of care as a pet owner lost you this battle.

• Really disappointed with this shop never go there again got a red blood shrimp died within half an hour in the tank he would not replace it really rude customer service rubbish
