• Totally rude, misleading and disgusting attitude from Bike Rite staff, we got a bit lost and after phoning, apologising and being told by a female working behind desk that as long as we were there within the next ten minutes it would be fine, we arrived in time and were told no, too late the course has already started, there was one person in the yard. We had paid the £49 fee and £50 bike hire (which we weren't aware about) and got nothing in return, we asked to reschedule and were told no, is this not against the law to take money from someone and give nothing in return, customer service is shocking, daylight robbery from a student's hard earned cash, disgusting, do not know how you get away with it.
